OctaFlow installs a permissioned evidence room containing an assumption register, source catalogue, calculation map, judgement record, challenge log, approval workflow, version rules, expiry dates and request templates.

The full system

OctaFlow connects the evidence room to selected finance, commercial and operating sources. It adds controlled refresh, discrepancy alerts, evidence lineage, model-change gates and different views for management, board and authorised external reviewers.

$35,000A 25% deposit commences the work. The remaining 75% is payable on completion.

A person reads every order before work starts. If it is the wrong fit, we say so and refund it. Prices are in USD and Octaflow adds no VAT or sales tax.

Proof and ownership

The answer passes when every material gap has an owner and remediation route. The working method passes when a reviewer can reconstruct a selected assumption and its approval history. The full system passes when a source change identifies affected assumptions, routes review and preserves the former position.

Commercial terms: Prices are in USD. OctaFlow adds no VAT, sales tax or other transaction tax. For any selected depth priced above $10,000, a 25% deposit is payable to commence and the remaining 75% is payable when the work is completed.

Standard exclusions: Travel, software licences, hosting, third-party data, external regulated opinions, major migration, custom applications and 24/7 support unless separately agreed.
