OctaFlow connects authorised source, document, workflow and communication systems. It assembles governed inputs, runs checks, routes exceptions and human commentary, preserves approved snapshots and distributes reports to permissioned audiences.

A person reads every order before work starts. If it is the wrong fit, we say so and refund it. Prices are in USD and Octaflow adds no VAT or sales tax.

Proof and ownership

The answer passes when each priority report has a clear decision purpose and reproducible production design. The working method passes when a different authorised preparer completes a cycle on time using the installed product. The full system passes when connected inputs populate correctly, an anomaly reaches its owner and the approved release remains reproducible.

Commercial terms: Prices are in USD. OctaFlow adds no VAT, sales tax or other transaction tax. For any selected depth priced above $10,000, a 25% deposit is payable to commence and the remaining 75% is payable when the work is completed.

Standard exclusions: Travel, software licences, hosting, third-party data, external regulated opinions, major migration, custom applications and 24/7 support unless separately agreed.
