OctaFlow connects finance, card, expense, procurement, contract and selected usage evidence. Approved rules classify transactions, uncertain records enter review, and material changes or duplicate patterns reach category owners with traceable evidence.

Proof and ownership

The answer passes when leadership can explain priority spend and data limitations. The working method passes when a period is classified consistently and a material action is recorded. The full system passes when connected spend enters the correct category or review queue and resulting decisions remain measurable.

Commercial terms: Prices are in USD. OctaFlow adds no VAT, sales tax or other transaction tax. For any selected depth priced above $10,000, a 25% deposit is payable to commence and the remaining 75% is payable when the work is completed.

Standard exclusions: Travel, software licences, hosting, third-party data, external regulated opinions, major migration, custom applications and 24/7 support unless separately agreed.
