OctaFlow builds a permissioned transition workflow across approved identity, work, document, CRM and knowledge systems. It assembles required records, routes transfer and acknowledgement, monitors unresolved items and preserves an auditable completion record without making employment decisions.

$35,000A 25% deposit commences the work. The remaining 75% is payable on completion.

A person reads every order before work starts. If it is the wrong fit, we say so and refund it. Prices are in USD and Octaflow adds no VAT or sales tax.

Proof and ownership

The answer passes when leaders approve the transfer standard and risk tiers. The working method passes when a live transition completes with all required knowledge and obligations accepted. The full system passes when role changes automatically initiate the governed workflow and unresolved risks remain visible through closure.

Commercial terms: Prices are in USD. OctaFlow adds no VAT, sales tax or other transaction tax. For any selected depth priced above $10,000, a 25% deposit is payable to commence and the remaining 75% is payable when the work is completed.

Standard exclusions: Travel, software licences, hosting, third-party data, external regulated opinions, major migration, custom applications and 24/7 support unless separately agreed.
