The full system

OctaFlow connects approved project, finance, resource and work evidence into a restricted recovery environment. It maintains the current position, alerts slippage and contradictions, routes sponsor choices, controls changes and records whether recovery milestones and acceptance conditions are achieved.

A person reads every order before work starts. If it is the wrong fit, we say so and refund it. Prices are in USD and Octaflow adds no VAT or sales tax.

Proof and ownership

The answer passes when the sponsor can make an informed continue, change, pause or close decision. The working method passes when the project completes two recovery cycles with reliable status and owned corrections. The full system passes when connected evidence identifies a material variance early, drives authorised intervention and preserves the outcome.

Commercial terms: Prices are in USD. OctaFlow adds no VAT, sales tax or other transaction tax. For any selected depth priced above $10,000, a 25% deposit is payable to commence and the remaining 75% is payable when the work is completed.

Standard exclusions: Travel, software licences, hosting, third-party data, external regulated opinions, major migration, custom applications and 24/7 support unless separately agreed.
