OctaFlow installs an acceptance product with deliverable briefs, completion and evidence checklists, reviewer and authority map, submission packets, exception and concession records, response clocks, acceptance forms, dispute route, closure pack, test cases and change control.

The full system

OctaFlow connects approved project, service, document, CRM and billing metadata sources. It assembles acceptance packs, checks required evidence, routes authorised review, tracks exceptions and preserves signed or recorded decisions and downstream release status.

$35,000A 25% deposit commences the work. The remaining 75% is payable on completion.

A person reads every order before work starts. If it is the wrong fit, we say so and refund it. Prices are in USD and Octaflow adds no VAT or sales tax.

Proof and ownership

The answer passes when provider and customer-facing teams agree what constitutes complete, reviewable and accepted work. The working method passes when representative deliverables complete the installed route without missing evidence or ambiguous status. The full system passes when connected work creates a correct evidence pack, routes acceptance and updates dependent delivery and billing states.

Commercial terms: Prices are in USD. OctaFlow adds no VAT, sales tax or other transaction tax. For any selected depth priced above $10,000, a 25% deposit is payable to commence and the remaining 75% is payable when the work is completed.

Standard exclusions: Travel, software licences, hosting, third-party data, external regulated opinions, major migration, custom applications and 24/7 support unless separately agreed.
