The full system

OctaFlow connects approved project, work, document, finance and customer-metadata sources. It identifies proposed changes, assembles affected evidence, routes impact assessment and authority, updates approved baselines and preserves rejected, deferred and accepted decisions.

$35,000A 25% deposit commences the work. The remaining 75% is payable on completion.

A person reads every order before work starts. If it is the wrong fit, we say so and refund it. Prices are in USD and Octaflow adds no VAT or sales tax.

Proof and ownership

The answer passes when sponsor and team can distinguish agreed scope, assumption and open decision. The working method passes when representative changes receive consistent assessment and authorised baseline updates. The full system passes when connected evidence exposes a scope change, identifies material consequences, routes approval and updates all governed views.

Commercial terms: Prices are in USD. OctaFlow adds no VAT, sales tax or other transaction tax. For any selected depth priced above $10,000, a 25% deposit is payable to commence and the remaining 75% is payable when the work is completed.

Standard exclusions: Travel, software licences, hosting, third-party data, external regulated opinions, major migration, custom applications and 24/7 support unless separately agreed.
