The full system

OctaFlow connects documentation to application inventory, service desk, change, monitoring and knowledge repositories. Operational events surface the relevant guidance, updates route to owners and observed behaviour identifies stale knowledge for review.

$35,000A 25% deposit commences the work. The remaining 75% is payable on completion.

A person reads every order before work starts. If it is the wrong fit, we say so and refund it. Prices are in USD and Octaflow adds no VAT or sales tax.

Proof and ownership

The answer passes when critical unknowns and capture priorities are agreed. The working method passes when a suitably authorised person completes a representative operation or recovery without relying on the original expert. The full system passes when a live event retrieves the correct knowledge and resulting learning updates the controlled record.

Commercial terms: Prices are in USD. OctaFlow adds no VAT, sales tax or other transaction tax. For any selected depth priced above $10,000, a 25% deposit is payable to commence and the remaining 75% is payable when the work is completed.

Standard exclusions: Travel, software licences, hosting, third-party data, external regulated opinions, major migration, custom applications and 24/7 support unless separately agreed.
