The full system

OctaFlow connects approved workflow, system-use, learning, support and survey evidence. It assembles explainable adoption states, routes human interpretation and support, records intervention exposure and response, and tests whether behaviour and intended work outcomes change.

$40,000A 25% deposit commences the work. The remaining 75% is payable on completion.

A person reads every order before work starts. If it is the wrong fit, we say so and refund it. Prices are in USD and Octaflow adds no VAT or sales tax.

Proof and ownership

The answer passes when required behaviours and proportionate evidence are agreed with affected owners. The working method passes when representative groups can be assessed consistently and receive appropriate intervention. The full system passes when connected behaviour evidence triggers timely support and later evidence shows sustained adoption or a reasoned change of approach.

Commercial terms: Prices are in USD. OctaFlow adds no VAT, sales tax or other transaction tax. For any selected depth priced above $10,000, a 25% deposit is payable to commence and the remaining 75% is payable when the work is completed.

Standard exclusions: Travel, software licences, hosting, third-party data, external regulated opinions, major migration, custom applications and 24/7 support unless separately agreed.
