OctaFlow builds the structured transfer workflow across CRM, proposal, contract, project and customer-success systems. It enforces required information, named acceptance, exceptions, change control and feedback to sales.

A person reads every order before work starts. If it is the wrong fit, we say so and refund it. Prices are in USD and Octaflow adds no VAT or sales tax.

Proof and ownership

The answer passes when sales and delivery approve a common transfer standard. The working method passes when representative won deals can be handed over without material unanswered questions. The full system passes when a live engagement moves from close to accepted delivery setup with promises, scope, risks and changes traceable.

Commercial terms: Prices are in USD. OctaFlow adds no VAT, sales tax or other transaction tax. For any selected depth priced above $10,000, a 25% deposit is payable to commence and the remaining 75% is payable when the work is completed.

Standard exclusions: Travel, software licences, hosting, third-party data, external regulated opinions, major migration, custom applications and 24/7 support unless separately agreed.
