The full system

OctaFlow builds a conversion system across CRM, approved communications, proposal assets and reporting. It checks stage evidence, prompts defined follow-up, surfaces recurring loss patterns, governs experiments and tracks conversion by intervention without replacing salesperson judgement.

$40,000A 25% deposit commences the work. The remaining 75% is payable on completion.

A person reads every order before work starts. If it is the wrong fit, we say so and refund it. Prices are in USD and Octaflow adds no VAT or sales tax.

Proof and ownership

The answer passes when leakage is evidenced by stage and buyer behaviour. The working method passes when representative opportunities follow the new progression rules. The full system passes when live conversion changes can be attributed to governed interventions.

Commercial terms: Prices are in USD. OctaFlow adds no VAT, sales tax or other transaction tax. For any selected depth priced above $10,000, a 25% deposit is payable to commence and the remaining 75% is payable when the work is completed.

Standard exclusions: Travel, software licences, hosting, third-party data, external regulated opinions, major migration, custom applications and 24/7 support unless separately agreed.
