OctaFlow builds a permissioned accountability system linking role records to agreed work, process, project and knowledge systems. It shows ownership gaps, conflicting assignments, stale role definitions and unresolved interfaces, while leaving all employment authority with the customer.

$30,000A 25% deposit commences the work. The remaining 75% is payable on completion.

A person reads every order before work starts. If it is the wrong fit, we say so and refund it. Prices are in USD and Octaflow adds no VAT or sales tax.

Proof and ownership

The answer passes when leaders can assign critical outcomes and explain unresolved choices. The working method passes when managers use the installed method to resolve representative ownership conflicts consistently. The full system passes when changes in work or structure trigger governed review and current ownership remains visible across connected systems.

Commercial terms: Prices are in USD. OctaFlow adds no VAT, sales tax or other transaction tax. For any selected depth priced above $10,000, a 25% deposit is payable to commence and the remaining 75% is payable when the work is completed.

Standard exclusions: Travel, software licences, hosting, third-party data, external regulated opinions, major migration, custom applications and 24/7 support unless separately agreed.
