The full system

OctaFlow connects policy records with identity, knowledge, acknowledgement, issue and control sources. The system applies audience changes, detects overdue or conflicting material, routes reviews and preserves the policy's complete decision and distribution lineage.

A person reads every order before work starts. If it is the wrong fit, we say so and refund it. Prices are in USD and Octaflow adds no VAT or sales tax.

Proof and ownership

The answer passes when priority policies have agreed owners, states and remediation routes. The working method passes when a policy completes drafting, approval, publication and scheduled review through the installed product. The full system passes when a source or audience change triggers the correct policy action and retains the former authoritative record.

Commercial terms: Prices are in USD. OctaFlow adds no VAT, sales tax or other transaction tax. For any selected depth priced above $10,000, a 25% deposit is payable to commence and the remaining 75% is payable when the work is completed.

Standard exclusions: Travel, software licences, hosting, third-party data, external regulated opinions, major migration, custom applications and 24/7 support unless separately agreed.
