OctaFlow connects authoritative policies with identity, role, location, knowledge and communication sources. It calculates the applicable audience, issues controlled notifications, records receipt and questions, and applies changes when roles or policy versions move.

A person reads every order before work starts. If it is the wrong fit, we say so and refund it. Prices are in USD and Octaflow adds no VAT or sales tax.

The answer passes when every priority policy has an agreed audience and release route. The working method passes when one release reaches its intended group and produces retrievable acknowledgement and question records. The full system passes when a role or version change updates distribution correctly, flags an exception and preserves the resulting action.

Commercial terms: Prices are in USD. OctaFlow adds no VAT, sales tax or other transaction tax. For any selected depth priced above $10,000, a 25% deposit is payable to commence and the remaining 75% is payable when the work is completed.

Standard exclusions: Travel, software licences, hosting, third-party data, external regulated opinions, major migration, custom applications and 24/7 support unless separately agreed.
