The working method

OctaFlow installs a customer-owned coherence product containing a narrative register, metric dictionary, source index, claim status rules, review checklist, sign-off route, version protocol and question bank. It supports repeat production without turning communication into a rigid script.

OctaFlow connects approved management information to recurring executive documents. It detects changed inputs, flags claims for review and traces each published statement to source and assumption.

A person reads every order before work starts. If it is the wrong fit, we say so and refund it. Prices are in USD and Octaflow adds no VAT or sales tax.

Proof and ownership

The answer passes when material contradictions are resolved or explicitly disclosed. The working method passes when a new executive pack can be produced and checked through the installed controls. The full system passes when a source change identifies affected narratives, routes review and records the authorised amendment.

Commercial terms: Prices are in USD. OctaFlow adds no VAT, sales tax or other transaction tax. For any selected depth priced above $10,000, a 25% deposit is payable to commence and the remaining 75% is payable when the work is completed.

Standard exclusions: Travel, software licences, hosting, third-party data, external regulated opinions, major migration, custom applications and 24/7 support unless separately agreed.
