OctaFlow connects authorised finance, CRM, delivery and operational sources to a permissioned review workspace. It assembles governed measures, flags exceptions, routes commentary, records decisions and follows commitments into the next cycle while retaining human approval.

A person reads every order before work starts. If it is the wrong fit, we say so and refund it. Prices are in USD and Octaflow adds no VAT or sales tax.

Proof and ownership

The answer passes when the leadership team can explain the new cycle, thresholds and decision rights. The working method passes when a complete review is prepared and run from the installed product without OctaFlow. The full system passes when live evidence produces an exception, decision, owner, action and verified closure.

Commercial terms: Prices are in USD. OctaFlow adds no VAT, sales tax or other transaction tax. For any selected depth priced above $10,000, a 25% deposit is payable to commence and the remaining 75% is payable when the work is completed.

Standard exclusions: Travel, software licences, hosting, third-party data, external regulated opinions, major migration, custom applications and 24/7 support unless separately agreed.
