The full system

OctaFlow builds the decision-rights system across approved work, finance, CRM and service workflows. Requests are routed to the correct authority, exceptions are recorded, time-to-decision is measured and recurring escalations inform controlled revisions to the authority model.

$35,000A 25% deposit commences the work. The remaining 75% is payable on completion.

A person reads every order before work starts. If it is the wrong fit, we say so and refund it. Prices are in USD and Octaflow adds no VAT or sales tax.

Proof and ownership

The answer passes when leaders approve the priority decision classes and authority principles. The working method passes when managers resolve representative decisions and exceptions consistently without founder interpretation. The full system passes when live requests reach the correct authority and decision latency, overrides and escalation patterns are visible.

Commercial terms: Prices are in USD. OctaFlow adds no VAT, sales tax or other transaction tax. For any selected depth priced above $10,000, a 25% deposit is payable to commence and the remaining 75% is payable when the work is completed.

Standard exclusions: Travel, software licences, hosting, third-party data, external regulated opinions, major migration, custom applications and 24/7 support unless separately agreed.
