OctaFlow builds a decision-review system across agreed work surfaces. It captures proposals and evidence, assigns challenge, records revisions and approvals, schedules outcome reviews and makes decision quality visible without automating executive judgement.

A person reads every order before work starts. If it is the wrong fit, we say so and refund it. Prices are in USD and Octaflow adds no VAT or sales tax.

Proof and ownership

The answer passes when the decision-maker can defend the chosen action and its conditions. The working method passes when two representative decisions receive consistent challenge. The full system passes when a live decision moves from proposal to outcome review with a complete record.

Commercial terms: Prices are in USD. OctaFlow adds no VAT, sales tax or other transaction tax. For any selected depth priced above $10,000, a 25% deposit is payable to commence and the remaining 75% is payable when the work is completed.

Standard exclusions: Travel, software licences, hosting, third-party data, external regulated opinions, major migration, custom applications and 24/7 support unless separately agreed.
