The full system

OctaFlow builds a permissioned knowledge layer across approved repositories and work systems. It preserves source authority, identity, currency, access and provenance; supports governed retrieval by people and approved AI; and routes stale, conflicting or unowned knowledge for correction.

$40,000A 25% deposit commences the work. The remaining 75% is payable on completion.

A person reads every order before work starts. If it is the wrong fit, we say so and refund it. Prices are in USD and Octaflow adds no VAT or sales tax.

Proof and ownership

The answer passes when leaders can identify authoritative homes and owners for priority knowledge. The working method passes when representative content can be created, found, assessed and retired consistently. The full system passes when connected retrieval returns permissioned, current answers and quality failures enter an owned correction workflow.

Commercial terms: Prices are in USD. OctaFlow adds no VAT, sales tax or other transaction tax. For any selected depth priced above $10,000, a 25% deposit is payable to commence and the remaining 75% is payable when the work is completed.

Standard exclusions: Travel, software licences, hosting, third-party data, external regulated opinions, major migration, custom applications and 24/7 support unless separately agreed.
