The full system

OctaFlow builds the wider governance estate across intake, approvals, vendor review, risk registers, policy distribution, incident handling, evidence collection and executive reporting. Relevant systems receive governed integrations, permissions, audit trails and human override points.

Proof and ownership

The answer passes when named decision-makers can approve the target framework and implementation route. The working method passes when representative AI-use cases reach consistent, documented decisions. The full system passes when the live workflow records ownership, approval, exception and evidence from request to review.

Commercial terms: Prices are in USD. OctaFlow adds no VAT, sales tax or other transaction tax. For any selected depth priced above $10,000, a 25% deposit is payable to commence and the remaining 75% is payable when the work is completed.

Standard exclusions: Travel, software licences, hosting, third-party data, external regulated opinions, major migration, custom applications and 24/7 support unless separately agreed.
